Drawings and site walk
Elevations and wall sections reviewed, existing buildings walked. We flag assembly problems before they reach a price.
Scope and quote
A written scope with inclusions, exclusions and the assembly we are pricing, back in about two business days.
Mobilization
Access, hoarding and sequencing agreed with the PM, coordinated around other trades and, on hotels, around guests.
Install and hand-over
Layers photographed before they are covered, and a deficiency walk scheduled with the owner rather than left to the end.
