About Maple Build
A stucco crew that grew into
a building-envelope contractor.
Maple Build LTD started as a stucco company, built on crews with two decades of plaster and cladding work behind them. Today we carry the full exterior scope on hotels, retail, industrial and low-rise residential buildings — from insulation and cladding through to the final coat.
Who we are
Commercial only. That is deliberate.
Our applicators brought conventional stucco and plaster experience from overseas and adapted it to Canadian wall assemblies and code. Conventional stucco alone could never build a proper seamless envelope, so the work moved to modern EIFS, spray foam and rainscreen assemblies — layered systems that hold up to Canadian winters.
We do not split attention with residential renovations. Crews, lifts, scaffold and QA are all set up around occupied commercial buildings, brand standards and construction schedules that do not move.
Corporate notice
Same company, new legal name.
Incorporated 13 December 2022 as Maple Build LTD, the company's registered legal name is now Sultan General Construction Ltd. Ownership, crews, WSIB coverage, insurance and project history are unchanged — only the name on the paperwork moved. Contracts, invoices and certificates of insurance are issued under the new legal name; the Maple Build name stays in use as our operating brand.

How we work
Four things we refuse to get wrong.
One trade, one accountability
Insulation, cladding, veneer, moulding and coating under a single contract, so no one is pointing at the next trade when water gets in.
Priced off the drawings
Quotes come back with wall area, access, materials and exclusions itemized. What is not in the number is written down.
Safety is not a line item
WSIB coverage, full liability insurance, trained lift and swing-stage operators, and daily hazard checks on every site.
Finished means finished
Deficiency walks with the owner or GC before demobilizing. We come back for the punch list without being chased.
On site
Occupied buildings, guests still checking in.
Most of our hotel work happens with the property fully open. That changes how a job is run: lifts staged after checkout hours, entrances kept clear, masking and containment on every elevation, and a site walked clean at the end of each shift.

General contractors, owners and suppliers are welcome to use the Maple Build mark on tender documents, site signage and project write-ups. Use the full-colour mark on light grounds and the supplied reversed version on dark ones. Keep the proportions as supplied, leave clear space around it, and do not recolour or add effects yourself.
